Modus Games kicks off a series of Trine-related announcements in July in celebration of Trine’s 10th anniversary with the release of a brand-new video as part of their Indie Access series, featuring the composer of the Trine series in a behind-the-scenes look at how the score of the game contributes to the series’ magical atmosphere. Composer of all four Trine games to date, including new installment The Nightmare Prince, Pulkkinen gives viewers a look into the musical details that differentiate each game, paying particular attention to the subtle shifts in Trine 4 that work to create an unforgettably dreamlike experience for new and returning players alike.
Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince returns to its roots in 2.5D this fall, boasting significantly more gameplay than its predecessors. Alongside Trine 4, Modus Games will release Trine: Ultimate Collection, the best way to experience the entire Trine series: Trine Enchanted Edition, Trine 2: Complete Story, Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power, and Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince.
